  This hotel was very nice, It did not look like the pictures though. THE SERVICE WAS GREAT, BUT THE CHECK IN TIME WAS CRAZY LATE, HOW EVER THEY ALLOWED US TO CHECK IN 2 HRS AHEAD OF TIME. IT WAS A VERY GOOD DEAL. HOW EVER IF YOU ARE GOING TO BOOK WITH THEM MY ADVICE IS TO BOOK STRAIGHT THROUGH THEM AND SKIP TRAVEL WEBSITE. THE HOTEL OFFERED A CHEAPER RATE THEN LISTED.

  Booked on line for the first time and was completely dissappointed. The clerk was unprofessional and gave me a room that overlooked a casino. I was traveling with two small children and there was a lot of noise outside of room. The room smelled, the door lock was worn and door did not shut completely. The bathtub faucet dripped the sink was stained and faucets did not work well. The coffee maker in room was old and I chose not to even use it.

  This hotel was exceptional for the cost. easy access to restaurants and interstate. check in lady was very hospitable and friendly.

  we stayed here on our way to New Orleans. I thought the hotel was great, the rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, the price was right. We were just across the bridge from Beale ST, Sun Studio, a few miles from Graceland. The staff was very helpfull and friendly. There is a Mexican restaurant attached to the hotel that had great food, a casino/racetrack across from the hotel and we had a blast there too. I would definitly stay here again. If your lookin for a 5 star hotel this wont do it for you, but if you are looking for a good room at a good rate, then this is perfect.
