  When reserving the Best Western room with Travelocity, I was quoted a room with one king sized bed and a whirlpool. When we checked in the room, there was no whirlpool. I showed the front desk my confirmation. I was told there is no whirlpool in any of their rooms. I was greatly expecting the whirlpool. I am handicapped and very disappointed at not receiving the accommodation that was expected. You need to get your facts straight before booking there again.

  Stayed here for one night. It is obvious the owners are trying to invest in the property and make it better. The room had a fresh coat of paint and new furniture. Bed wasn't comfortable but overall I was pleased.

  Slept on partially bare mattress due to ill fitting sheets.the mattress cover was just a pad on top and the hotel does not have fitted sheets. this was corrected ...

  Slept on partially bare mattress due to ill fitting sheets.The mattress cover was just a pad on top and the hotel does not have fitted sheets. This was corrected on request by housekeeping tucking the sheets in more at the top. They have the worst large, lumpy pillows I have ever had in a hotel. My children complained that they sunk to the center of the mattress.
  We received a phone call at 8:15am ,waking us up, asking if we wanted our room cleaned that day. These calls stopped on our request.
  The toilet rocked every time you sat on it and the lid did not stay up. This was reported, but not repaired for the 3 nights we were there.

  Stayed for one night and all was great. The staff was very attentive and wanted to make sure all was ok with the stay. Had a problem with the wired internet but wireless worked great.

  Our stay was a comfortable experience. The room was spacious, and comfrotable for the family. The personnel were all very friendly, and more than willing to help. I would definitly make a return vist to this facility and recommend it to fellow travelers.
