This is a family owned/run motel (I think). The folks at the front desk are attentive and will give you good service. The room are spartan but reasonably clean. We have stayed here 5 times previously. We check-in about 5pm after having driven for 12 hours, we then go over the Spur Restaurant on the North side of I-80 for an excellent steak dinner, get back to the motel room and crash about 8:30pm only to get up at 3am the next day to drive for another 12 hours. You'll get a decent nights sleep here - it is quiet even though it is close to I-80. Insides are old but clean. Pillows are very whimpy but front desk will give you more. Good value for the dollar if reservations are made via online travel.

Chosen because they are pet friendly, the pet fee is $5.00 per animal. The room had a refrigerator in it, which was nice, however the bathroom has a window with no blinds or curtains & a sign telling you to keep the window open for ventilation when showering or the smoke alarm will go off.
