  We booked a stay for three nights. The beds were old and very uncomfortable. The A/C roared and would not cycle on and off properly. The shower did not work properly, unable to use. I shared this information with the owner and he reluctantly agreed to allow us to move to a "better" room. The 2nd room had a better A/C, but was also extremely loud. We have stayed here before and the quality continues to go down and the rates go up. We will not consider this place in the future. There should be a clause in the "good buy" agreement which allows cancelation if a room is not fit for occupancy.
