I took my girlfriend to the Harbor Inn all the time. Its our favorite hotel, we go there even though she lives in Georgetown so we can have privacy from her kid. She said its the nicest place any guy has ever taken her, and she's been to a lot of hotels. It makes me feel good to take the girl somewhere nice.

07/06/2008Reserved a room thought the travel website. when we arrived july 4th they didn't have our reservation, they did offer a room for almost double of our reservation price, ...
Reserved a room thought the travel website. When we arrived July 4th they didn't have our reservation, they did offer a room for almost double of our reservation price, got to the room and it turn to be a smoking room, went back to the office and ask for a non-smoking room, they said they no other rooms left, My wife and children where not going to stay the weekend in very bad smelling room. so I asked for our money back and the clerk refused to refund anything and became quite rude. Then tried to say she told us that it was a smoking room. Finally gave us our money back. We then went down the street to the Carolinian Inn and fortunately they still had a room and where friendly and cheaper.

07/26/2006The pool was nasty, they had the ice in a cooler in the office, not enough towels, 1/2 a roll of toilet paper and the staff was not friendly ...
The pool was nasty, they had the ice in a cooler in the office, not enough towels, 1/2 a roll of toilet paper and the staff was not friendly or helpful.

07/19/2006Our stay at the harbor inn was great. it was very clean and comfortable. the staff was very nice. would really stay there again!!!
