  I see two reviews giving bad ratings and three giving excellent. hmmmm, interesting that all three of the excellent ones are anonymous, and were all written in all caps. ok, ...

  I see two reviews giving bad ratings and three giving excellent. Hmmmm, interesting that all three of the excellent ones are anonymous, and were all written in ALL CAPS. OK, suspicions not withstanding, the more recent reviews do claim the rooms have been newly renovated, so the place might not be as bad as the initial reviews experienced, but the neighborhood be much improved. At least everyone seems to think the staff is/was nice.

  The first room we stayed in smelled terrible...mildew and urine smell. I requested a new room, and it was better smelling except the floor was wet. The location is not easily accessible if you are planning to go into Boston. There is a bus from the train station, but it doesn't run all that regularly. The office staff was not helpful at all, and in fact misinformed me about the times for the bus, and I missed the last running bus from the station and had to wait for a cab anyway. There is only one eating establishment in the vicinity--a local diner, and it closes early on Sundays. If you do not have your own transportation, this is a terrible location. Would not stay here again, even though it is cheaper than the motels closer to Boston.
