09/03/2008The room was small, the desk manager did not speak english well, the breakfast was just donuts and coffee. no place to sit and eat.

Scary!

Not a recommended hotel. We didn't even stay the first night, we left and went to the Marriott Courtyard and were happy to pay alot more. When we arrived, there were nearly a dozen people just kinda "hanging out" around the hotel (outside access, definitely not a safe feeling). Upon entering our room, we noticed the door stop was broken off in the floor, like the door had been kicked in. It's a pretty sturdy piece of metal & wood, it doesn't just break on it's own. Next, I took my shoes off and got a pleasant surprise...the a/c unit was draining right onto the carpet! The floor was soaked for several feet around the door and a/c...mold anybody? "Stains" on the ceiling that looked like mold, "stains" of unknown composition on the only chair in the room, just a horrible place. Even if we stayed, there's no way we were gonna get any sleep in those conditions. I hope everyone that thinks about going here will read this and think twice about saving a few bucks. And to Choice Hotels, clean it up, or close it down!

The room was dark which hid its dirt. The bed was lumpy. It was obvious the folks that ran the hotel were interested in making money only and not worrying about upkeep.
The site said there was a swimming pool. There was with a big tarp over it with construction.
