When I got to the room, the TV only had 2 channels. The front desk informed me the room was always like that and gave me another room but didn't change my wake-up call. So I missed my flight. When I called to complain, I was told they don't handle complaints and it wasn't their problem. My recommendation is to avoid the Econo Lodge Airport

I had a smoking room which is not what I prefer and the air conditioner was very noisy. The Econo Lodge Airport hotel is a rather isolated one with no supermarket or restaurents within waliking distant. The Manager said now that the gasoline is expensive, they only take customers to the airport and to the Deli on the opposite sideof the road. I needed to go to another hotel about 3 miles away every day to do a show and they refused to take me there. I had many experiences before that the hotel van would take guest to places within 5 miles but this one changed the rule. At the end, they were willing to take me by charging me roundtrip per day to the other hotel. In a way, they are flexible but I had to pay for servies that I thought I should get for free. I also hate the smoking room. was not allowed to request non-smoking room. I don't think I would stay at this hotel again.

The only good thing was the location; close to Airport. The mattress was terrible and the room was not especially clean. One of the features was being able to leave your car parked when you flew out of the airport. The airport would pick you up and bring you back to your car.

The owners could speak English when speaking to guests but when speaking to each other spoke their own language (?Indian?) We ran out of toilet paper and when we went to lobby to ask for some was told by another guest the manager had gone to airport and no one else around. The continental breakfast was non-existent. The owners/managers were rude to most everyone.
