  While the room was neat in appearance and clean, the night desk receptionist was horrible. Not only was he not friendly, when I presented my credit card and ID for payment, he told me that he did not need to see my ID. In a world full of identity theft, that is a terrible business practice. He alkso did not direct me to my room which was at the back of the hotel. So much for customer service!
