Basic, clean, efficent staff, table, wireless though not advertised. Fridge, microwave, coffee in lobby. Just off highway nice choice of resturants nearby. Was more than pleased with price. Rugs and walls were clean. Bathroom sparkled with lots of towels. A real suprise.

Hotel front desk staff and manager must not have attended any training programs on hospitality management as they were gruff, discourteous and unhelpful in resolving simple issues. The continental breakfast was minimal and set up in a cramped alcove of the lobby such that only 2 people at a time could access the coffee/danish area and there was only one tiny round table and four chairs----completely inadequate for the number of rooms in the facility. Pre-arranged accommodations (ground floor rooms, a rollaway cot) were not provided as agreed. Only after 3 subsequent discussions with front desk staff was the rollaway cot provided. The hotel smelled musty and even the nonsmoking rooms smelled of cigarette smoke. No amenities to speak of at this location. The location is concenient to I-79, but less desirable than other hotels if guests are interested in downtown Morgantown or the two campuses of West Virginia University. For a few bucks more, the next time in the area we'll stayy at the Best Western Mountaineer Inn.

I only needed a room for a short while as my mom was going to have surgery the next day - and the weather was an issue. My mom, sister and I had two double beds, a micro fridge / oven...and a good bit of space! It was great! Alll we needed for a really great price. I was able to check in a little early, the young lady at the desk was wonderful...
The ONLY thing I can complain about? One of the bed covers was dirty...looked like food had been spilled and not cleaned up well - and hadn't been washed. We just took the cover off the bed! Problem solved. Wish all reviewers had the kind of experience we had. -

This hotel is definitely not the Hilton, but it works especially for college students on a budget. The rooms are nice, clean and do not have that musky odor. The staff was friendly, for the most part. Parking is also not a problem. It is a little hard to get to, but once you?ve been there, you know exactly where to go.
