  I have stayed here before and stayed this time for a visit to Albany Medical Center. Although not the closest hotel to the hospital it is definitely the best hotel for the money. This hotel is conviently located off of the NYS Thruway, Northway and within a short distance to Albany's colleges, airport and the Capital District. A great mall is less than a mile away. The rooms are clean, comfortable, quiet and well maintained. It has an indoor pool but it was being renovated at the time of my visit. This is an excellant choice for the traveler not expecting a resort facility but but demanding quality and value.

  This is second time staying at Knights Inn. Staff helpful and curtious. Rooms Clean and spacious. Sofa bed added feature to sit and relax in the evening as well as the microwave and refrigerator. Fast food, pizza nearby (didn't look for restaurant in area....eating with family living nearby.) Cannot beat the price if looking for a motel without pool, exercise room and other added amenities. Continential breakfast adequate.

  I stayed here to visit with my son who is a student in the area. The price was right, the location perfect, and the services well provided. The room was clean, simple, and just what I was looking for. I would definitely stay again.

  Reasonable hotel for money. Rooms were worn but clean and adequate. There was a refrigerator and microwave in room, which was a pleasant surpise. Staff was friendly and efficient. Only negative was that the coffee maker didn't work.

  The front desk staff were helpful in seeing that I was able to get a taxi to airport in time. Also very friendly and personable. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Would definitely recommend this hotel for long or short visits.
