  You get what you pay for. Wallpaper was peeling, bathroom was marginal at best, bathroom fixtures were old and stained with lime deposits, the ""new"" memory foam mattress was a piece of five inch thick foam laid on top of a dirty queen mattress and box spring. Upholstered chair in the room was stained and was plain dirty. I've stayed in cheaper places that were five times cleaner and more appealing.

  This is the second time we have stayed at this motel while attending the NAIA national wrestling tournament. It is a great value for the money! We stay in a lot of motels following sports and unless you need a pool or spa with heated towels you will save money here without sacrificing clean rooms, comfortable beds and friendly staff.
  
  While a bit out of town, it's excellent access to the interstate actually made a quicker commute to Sioux City. We have found that staying right in the city actually has added to travel time because of having to use congested streets.
  
  I have no reservations about recommending this motel. If you are caught up with name recognition and prestige keep looking somewhere else. But, if you want a clean room, comfortable beds and friendly staff for a great value look here.

  Clean place, quiet and good for family. pleasant staff, good coffee. would stay here again. management seems to care and keep people happy.

  Free wireless internet. i had trouble with my connection and they were very helpful in getting it up and running. breakfast was good. bed was pretty comfortable. there isn't ...

  Free Wireless internet. I had trouble with my connection and they were very helpful in getting it up and running. Breakfast was good. Bed was pretty comfortable. There isn't much nearby -the closest walmart was 30 minutes away, but the price was right and the service was excellent.
