  I have no problems with all the hotel i have stayed at since joining travel agency, however, it seem to be a problem with some cities as far as pulling ...

  I have no problems with all the hotel I have stayed at since joining Travel agency, however, it seem to be a problem with some cities as far as pulling up my reservation, after I have been confirmed...I believe it is a computer problem, the last three stays, the local hotel has a problem retrieving the info from Travel agency.
  I try to have all my documents with me when I show up to checkin.....but the Clerk in Dothan had to make several calls back to their exchane and to Travel agency.
  This thursday in Alexandria, La. it was even worst, I stayed in the Lobby for two hours trying to get checked in, my reservation was booked one month prior to going to Louisiana, then they told me that my credit card has not been charged and that I was not even in the system. This was very frustrating. Please check on this, and let me know what was your findings.

  You get what you pay for - cheap, good location, crappy hotel - note bring sleeping bag!!!
