Everyone from the desk was very friendly. The breakfast was good. Our room was fine, until we were treated to our neighbors' every word, laugh and noise. The air conditioner was the only thing that covered up the noise, but it didn't run continuously. The worst thing about this is I wouldn't have even called them noisy neighbors; the walls were just way too thin.

We stayed here primarily because we had a dog with us, but it turned out to be great! It's not only clean, but everything seemed updated & very well maintained. There is even a little outside dog run area to walk your dog to for a little relief. The pool & hot tub were clean & close by. The location is ideal if your interested in walking down to Pearl St. The breakfast was great & heartier than the typical hotel-style freebies. The room were a bit small, but otherwise comfortable. There was a $* fee for the roll away which seemed a little steep. Would definitely stay again!

Can't beat the location! They offer a basic "continental type" breakfast each morning that "works", with great front office staff. The rooms I stayed in (#106) was in the rear of the property - and was nice, spacious, and comfortable. I have stayed in quite a few Boulder spots, and this one is the best - again, the location is central to the Campus and Pearl St. I stay here and the Boulder Inn on 28th (which is a little noiser and not as nice, I think). Book as far in advance as you can, they fill quickly.

This hotel is located near UCBoulder and is close to downtown. The room we stayed in had a weird smell even though room service would come and clean up everyday. The pictures of the rooms online are not an accurate representation. Included breakfast etc were good but its not worth the price we were paying.
