  Had a wedding here. they did not serve the dinner on time. maids never cleaned the room while we stayed here. towels and toilet paper were never cleaned or replaced ...

  Had a wedding here. They did not serve the dinner on time. Maids NEVER cleaned the room while we stayed here. Towels and toilet paper were never cleaned or replaced only brought them up when we complained. Airconditioning SUCKED. Staff did not do anything to please us. Staff is not friendly and crooked. Would NEVER reccomend this place to anyone.

  Hotel was clean and staff was super friendly...everyone from front desk staff, housekeeping staff, and breakfast cooks were very nice.

  I had reserved a room at this hotel over 2 weeks ahead of time. i had reserved 2 queen size beds. when i checked in, i was not imformed of ...

  I had reserved a room at this hotel over 2 weeks ahead of time. I had reserved 2 queen size beds. When I checked in, I was not imformed of any change, just given my key. When I arrived in the room I discovered that there was only one bed in the room. I called the front desk and told them the issue, and they informed me that they were sold out and could not fix the problem. They would not even get me a sweet that fit what I had reserved ahead of time at another hotel. I asked to speak with the manager and was informed that I already was.
