We stayed for the weekend with our married children and grand children for my wife's birthday. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The free breakfeast was excellent. Bed was soft with the right firmness. Room was clean and comterable. Pool and hot tub area was a little small. Would stay again when in the area.

Each room is a 2 room suite which allowed us to have a separate bedroom from our 1 year old. The breakfast is included in the room price and was fantastic. They offer a great variety of food and we did not have to wait for a seat even though we were a party of 6. The happy hour each night was also included in the room price and offered a great variety of drinks and snacks. The indoor pool was a bit cold, but not cold enough to keep the kids out of it. We will definitely be staying at the property on our next visit to Cincinnati.

I have stayed her on numerous occasions since my son became a student at Xavier Univ. We get the comfort of a 2 rm. suite, cooked to order breakfast & manager's reception. The staff is always pleasant & helpful. I have arrived early & been accomodated & once arrived at 3 in the morning & was warmly greeted & treated to an upgrade. While the hotel is more in a business area, it still is close to restaurants, shopping & the interstate highways. I have never had a bad experience at this hotel. Yes it can be noisy, but in the evening things quite down & I've never had a problem sleeping.

If you like to sleep at a hotel, don't stay here. Center atrium VERY noisy and it echos in your room. Pool and atrium open til 1am and until everyone shuts up, you can't sleep. Room dirty, 10year old son found a thong in the bedroom. Kids couldn't sleep on the pull out couch b/c of lack of comfort and the NOISE! If you are just one person or a couple you can shut your bedroom door and not hear the noise. The hotel staff had a non caring attitude, and said sorry sorry sorry but you know they didn't mean it or care as nothing was done about it. I go to a hotel to sleep, the amenities are extra. The breakfast had decent food but there wasn't anywhere to sit as the one bus boy coudln't keep up. We cleaned our own table to sit down. Our children as well as other children we were with on this trip, got a rash from the pool from too little chlorine. Very dirty area. If you're a young 20 something who likes to party til all hours of the morning and keep others up, or a parent lacking in parenting skills who likes to allow their children to run amuk thru a hotel unsupervised, allowing them to be boisterously noisy and be disrespectful to other guests, then this is the hotel for you. Anyone with small children are advised to NOT stay here.

I'm very happy with the accomodations at Embassy suites. We were here to go to King's Island and visit friends in the area. It was close enough to the park to come back during the day for a break and go back later. Breakfast was a plus too! Hotel atrium was especially nice, it has a stream with fish and turtles in it. One other perk was that htere was a wedding there during our stay and we got to watch the whole thing from our 4th floor room!!! I would recommend this facility to anyone planning a trip to the area.
