What a wonderful place to stay! From the moment we arrived, Keisha, the front desk manager, treated us like royalty. The lobby was newly refurbished, and the holiday decorations were well received. This is one pretty hotel. And the fact that the lobby is attached to one of the nicest malls we have ever walked through made shopping convenient. When I told her it was my birthday, she showered us with many complimentary items that made our stay even better. The suite was immaculate! Clean, well designed, and furnished, and as comfortable as possible. And the bed ? we wish we could take it hope with us. The Manager took such good care of us as she was friendly and had a great, outgoing personality. Many other hotel managers could learn a lot about how to treat their guests just by watching her work. We were treated just like family (even better). She directed us to a good restaurant to eat, answered all our questions, and even had some spray starch for ironing. And the breakfast buffet - Wow! Fresh pastries, toast and bagels, fresh fruit, French toast, and cook-to-order omelets and Belgium waffles were delicious. The serving help was friendly and treated us like family. The entire staff should be commended for doing such a fine job. What a wonderful stay. The 3-Star rating for this hotel does not do it justice. This is the nicest 3-Star hotel that we have ever stayed at. Would we come back? In a heartbeat!

I would say that even though this hotel is under some pretty major renovations throughout - my stay was actually, pretty good... I must have gotten one of the newly renovated Suites - because everything looked and smelled fresh and new, very modern decor with dark woods and granite - nice touches, esp. in my bath and the pass thru area that held the mini fridge, coffee maker and microwave. The Suites are very spacious - which is exactly why I always choose Embassy Suites when travelling - esp for business. The Staff was very helpful and pleasant, especially the Breakfast Staff - (these ladies make you feel welcome and at home). The evening managers' reception staff was also to be commended - nice to relax and have a drink while chit-chatting with the bartender and my friends -co-workers. I will definitely stay here again if I travel to Jax or Brunswick for business, and will recommend to my co-workers and clients as well.

areas is great. The hotel was excellent as well.

I would like to take this time and thank you for an excellent stay at your hotel in Brunswick Georgia on April 9th through April 11th. The customer service, room, and environment were excellent and clean. I truly appreciate the effort put into your hotels.
I would like for special recognition to go to two ladies in the dining area. Unfortunately I don?t have their last names. It was my experience on the mornings of April 10th and 11th that continues to leave me feeling appreciated. These two ladies greeted and serviced everyone that came in the area with the highest level of customer service. The dining room was very clean and the food was excellent. Please let them know how much I appreciate what they do everyday. They are both shining stars in the Embassy Suite family.

This hotel is attached to a shopping mall, across the street from a Super Wal-Mart, and surrounded by lots of restaurants. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast is good (typical of this chain). Not exactly a vacation-type location, but good to spend the night if you're on the road somewhere. Only disappointment was the tiny outdoor pool.

We had two rooms during a recent stay. There are no bathroom fans. My sone tried to plug in a charging cord and the electric plug came out of the wall. This was reported with no response from management. Housekeeping was poor; we found hair in the bathroom on the back of the door, a dirty slipper under a bed, and the rooms were dirty. I complained and got a small room adjustment. My mother in law also complained and got ""Have a Nice Day"" as a response. Won't stay here again, ever.
