I recently traveled and stayed at the Brookfield Suites on business. The hotel was very nice and easy to find. It is right off of I-94 and had a lot of what I was looking for. The complimentary breakfast was a great way to start off the morning. The free cocktails after a long day of work was a great way to end the day. The rooms were really comfortable and I would definitely come back again. It was nice to be close enough to Milwaukee without having to deal with traffic and parking. Can't wait until my next business stay. Will be back again very soon.

I stayed at this hotel for five nights this past week, and I found that while the staff was very accomodating the rooms were extremely dated, and I didn't really see that they were going to be renovated soon. The design drawings in the lobby were for the atrium,. which is their bread and butter. We had more than one wedding reception or meal over a long wseekend. The hotel was packed with families, and while the breakfast staff consisted of three cooks, the evening repection had one bartender for hundreds of people. They have switched to allowing pets, but have an very uneven policy at this time.

We had a group of unsupervised kids from older children to pre teen aged staying in the room next to us. They were up till all hours laughing and screaming which made it impossible to sleep. Three calls were placed to the desk over 1 1/2 hours before they quieted down. Desk staff did not follow up with the complaints and deal with the problem. The room was nice. The beds were horrible. The made to order breakfast was awsome.

Enjoyed our stay at BSH. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly, although not necessarily outgoing. Location of hotel is great - right off 94 - convenient to Miller Park and downtown. Free parking and full breakfast in the morning were a hit. We recommend this hotel.
