  The rooms were large and had everything you would need except the thermostat did not work. The front desk people were very pleasant and supplied us with a portable heater and even gave us shaving cream and deoderant to replace the ones that were confiscated from our carry on luggage at the airport. There was plenty of FREE parking supplied by the hotel which is important in the heart of a city especially when you come back late at night. The FREE breakfast and cocktails in the evening offered a large selection of choices that were available in unlimited quantities. The only downside was that there was only one computer available for guest use and it was a model from the 1990's. There was an extra charge to get access for your own computer. We went for a long weekend to get away and see a show at the new Sprint center, which is beautiful and has a great lineup of entertainment.

  Next time I need to stop in Kansas City, I'll go back to this hotel. The living area was nice, the bedroom was great, the bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on. Comp breakfast was great. Staff was helpful.

  Very clean, very friendly staff, Excellent breakfast! Within 20 minutes of all KC attractions. Very comfortable bed. The staff was the friendliest I have ever encountered at a hotel. We will definitely stay there again. I would highly recommend this hotel. Room comfortably accomodated our family of four. Price was very reasonable for what we got.
