  The hotel is clean. The staff were all attentive to the guests. The suite was in very good condition. The full on breakfast every morning was excellent. The only negative is that some people travel with children and the parents have not taught them manners. Children were left unattended to get their own breakfast. They were using their fingers to pick up some food items. thank goodness I don't eat french toast or pancakes!

  Inititally we wanted to stay downtown but it was full. We figured we were settling for this hotel. We were pleasantly suprised. The hotel was nice, relaxing and quiet. The parking was free and went were right across the street from the mall and the cheesecake factory. We went downtown some and the drive was quick. We also found things to do right in the area of the hotel. I also loved the made to order omlets and my husband filled up on pancakes and bacon every morning. Then in the evening we had nachos and drinks for happy hour. This was all included in the room price. The business center had free internet access. Another nice suprise. All in all it was full of good suprises. We plan to book all of our stays in Portland here.

  This is a very nice hotel and would not hesitate to stay at it again . The free breakfast was GREAT. Much better way to start your day than some chinsy contenental style. I found the rooms nice but the beds were somewhat hard but all in all I slept good. This is a very nice hotel. The hide-a-bed worked great for my kids and the hotel staff was very pleasant. It could use a fitness facility to add to the already stellar hotel.
