Let me say that I have stayed at EM (Embassy Suites) before with no regrets. But this should not be confused with other em's. I checked in about 6:00 pm and went to my room on the fifth floor. The room was freezing, the thermostat showed 59.7 degrees. I turned it up and took a shower. When I got out it was still 59.7, I quickly dressed and went to the front desk and told them the problem. They said management didn't turn the heat on to the rooms for a couple more hours? Hunh? I went to eat hoping the heat would be on when I got back. But no, still 59.7 degrees. I told them the heat is still not working and they sent up a small bathroom type space heater. For $* a night I expect for the heater to work, but they just didn't care. I checked out at 10:00 that night, went across the street to a Double Tree hotel where they gave me warm cookie and saved me $*. Just trust me, don't stay here.

Nice Hotel - Would Recommend
11/01/2009The suite was pleasant and clean. the staff was very courteous. the complementary breakfast was delicious. i would recommend this hotel. very near the airport.

My stay at the Embassy Suites San Francisco Airport - Burlingame was a excellent experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family. Check in was a little longer then I expected. But once in all was very accommodating.

I have stayed at this hotel twice. One alone and then once with my wife and daughter. The hotel is excellent and the staff is great from the moment you walk in the door. The rooms are great and the entire property is Beautiful. The hotel is a short BARTS ride from downtown SF but the money you save on the included breakfast makes up for it. Be sure you take advantage of it because it is cooked to order and more than expected. I plan on returning in the next few months and intend to stay here again.
