The room was great for the rate we received. Everything was extremely clean. The service at the restaurant/lounge and front desk was HORRIBLE! It takes forever for the receptionist to pick up a service call. The waiter took our order, supplied our 1 round of drinks, and then disappeared for 45 minutes until our food actually came out. I was so mad I wasn't even hungry by the time the food got there. Ok to stay here but if you're looking for good food service, eat out somewhere else in the area.

This place is beautiful. I was only passing through Tennessee. Wish I had had more time to enjoy this magnificent hotel and the surrounding area. Weekend rate was VERY reasonable. For that reason I tried booking again for July 3 (Thursday - but the beginning of July 4 Weekend), rate quoted was $65 more than my other Memorial Day weekend (Friday night) stay. Staff helpful with directions and information.
