    We stayed here during our medical Visit to Duke, and the room was comfortable and clean, We had a king sized bed. The front desk staff was helpful. The hotel has free wi-fi, which was great, and also had a computer with a printer in the front lobby area to use. Breakfast is Free which had eggs, waffles, sausages it was great. overall it was a great stay.

    We spent one night in this hotel. It is obviously older but the room was decent but I was glad we were only there for 1 night. We were traveling around and stayed at 5 different hotels during out trip. The staff at this hotel were the least friendly of any. No one ever greeted us, even after we said hello. In general, everyone working there seemed to be in a bad mood. Everywhere else we stayed the employees were friendly and talkative, so I don't think it had anything to do with us.

    We spend a lot of time at Duke so this hotel had eveything to make use feel at home. The rooms are nice for a family of four, and the pool was a sweet treat for tired of traveling little feet.

    We complained at the front desk that the toilet did not flush properly and maintenance never came to fix it.

    We complained at the front desk that the toilet did not flush properly and maintenance never came to fix it.

    We waited 20 minutes to check out because there wasn't anyone at the front desk; only a sign stating back in 5 minutes. A housekeeping person came to us and said we could have a seat that the person would be back in about 10 minutes.

    The front desk personnel could not speak English well and it made conversation difficult.

    When we checked out, there was no one at the front desk but a sign stating back in 5 minutes. We waited 15 minutes until someone in housekeeping said the clerk would be back in 10 minutes. It was a 20 minute wait until someone appeared. The staff could not speak English very well.
