Our soccer team just stayed in this hotel. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable!!! The continental breakfast was very good and the dining area was kept clean and well stocked.

We stayed here after my wife had surgery at OHSU. The staff was outstanding. They were swamped when we arrived, at least ten people were checking in. The staff at the desk processed everyone with personal attention while still being very efficient. The room was clean, well apointed and quiet.

We thought the services at this hotel were great! The front desk help was very informative and recommended food options and even offered to call the restaurant to get a menu faxed over. They were very nice to my small daughter and let her run amock and overuse the elevator without so much as a sideways glance in my direction. They greeted us every time we walked through the door and wished us a nice day every time we left the hotel. I wish I caught the names of the front desk personell because they were awesome! The only issue we had was the pool was a little cold. But that is a pretty small thing.

This hotel isn't too far from Washington Square and is nice for an overnight after a day of shopping. Lots of families stay here, so it is a little hectic in the breakfast room in the morning.
