When I opened the door to the first room I was assigned, the lights and television were on and the bed was unmade. I quickly shut the door and went back to the front desk. I was assigned another room. The interior hallways are narrow. The carpet is nasty and felt wet. I did not dare go barefoot on the carpet. The air quality was poor and damp, and the windows would not open for fresh air. The bathroom floor was as slick as glass as if it had a layer of soap on it. This hotel needs to be entirely refurbished. Replacing the carpet & heat & air conditioning system would be a good start. It is definitely not the quality I usually find in a Choice Hotel property. Needless to say, I will not stay there again.

06/26/2007The hotel rooms were dirty. my bathroom smelled like urine. furniture was broken, and bed was practically coming off the frame.

Stayed here while visiting family. The rooms were clean and spacious and very well maintained. The carpeting in the rooms can be of a better quality, but then again I am not sleeping on the floor. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Will be staying here again for Easter 2007 while visiting family.
