I stayed 2 nights, the first night they tried to give my room to two other guests after I had checked in and was in the room, then I couldn't find the remote for the TV which didn't work anyways, and the only towels in the room to use were hard, threadbare hand towels. The next day they put me in another room, but there was no pot nor coffee for the coffeemaker, the sink had dried up toothpaste on it, and the room smelled. I didn't expect alot from the price paid, and had stayed at this location last year with much better results, but will NEVER stay at this location again. The only positive thing about this hotel is that is was close to the dogshow at the IX Center, but there were two other nicer hotels within easy eyeshot I'd investigate first.

The room was fine, the shuttle to airport was nice because you can pay like $* to leave your car at the hotel vs. paying $* at the airport. We had no tv remote nor did the wireless work. So, if on business where you need interest - forget. My suggestion pay a bit more and stay at the Holiday Inn Express next door.

This hotel is very dirty. They were filling the pool with a garden hose and the room was only cleaned once during my 3 night stay. The front desk staff was never there and the internet worked only 10% of the time. Needless to say, if you needed help, it was not there. The breakfast was absolutly the worst. The conditions were very unsanitary. To sum it up, I would sleep in my car and wash in the sink at a convenience store before I would stay at this hotel again!!!

Pool was GREEN, could not use it even though some from the outside did. Also heard that all the towels from the laundry were used for these people from the outside, so customers did not have any. Breakfast was slim pickings, they ran out of everything and the owner was not there yet...First room discovered after first day, to not have a door that locked!!!, no hairdryer in the room, rather dingy, no coffee for the pot... No drinking glasses. Second room better, still no glasses or coffee. Front desk personnel had to go drive a shuttle so we had to wait to talk with someone. We stayed here a few years ago and it was OK now I don't even rate them OK. Poor choice, will not stay there again.

one person working the desk 2 people in front of me....check in was done quickly and efficiently. Hotel was booked and no extra towels were available. room was clean and nicely furnished. Bed was extremely hard. overall a good experience
