I have traveled and stayed at several hotels within the Marriott chain and this by far was the worst. The hotel was definitely not up to standard. My main gripe was the old mattresses, which were painful to sleep on. Although they have renovated the bedding to their new look, the mattresses are very uncomfortable, so much so, my husband and I woke up with sore backs in the morning. Breakfast was good, staff was friendly, hotel somewhat older, but at the end of the day, we all stay in hotel to get a good night's sleep right? I will still continue to stay in Marriott hotels, but will not re-visit this one. There is a Courtyard Marriott right next door, if you still want to stay in the hotel family.

i stayed in your hotel on 7/25/2009 and i was not happy with my stay we got up in enough time to eat breakfast and we were standing in the dinning room and the lady seen us getting ready to fix us something to eat we were standing by the juice machine and the lady started cleaning up didn't asked if we were going to eat waffles or anything well need less to say we ended up going to bojangles i just wanted to let you know how your staff treats people staying in the hotel

From the minute I walked in the door to checking out everyone I came into contact was most friendly! Slept the best ever on a great mattress and breakfast was good for continental. I will stay there often on my travels as I was well rested and slept great. Lots of good restaurants around and by the mall.

Driving from north to south and about 1/2 way from Ohio to Fla this place was the nicest horel and friendlist staff I have ever encountered. Great breakfast and indoor pool/spa were awesome relief from a long car ride. Great restaurants closeby(crackerbarrell, outback, longhorn) I will stay again and again!! Oh yeah with cutains you have to be smarter than past reviewer as curtain was there just behind sheer. Also NO problems with bill, they even put it under my door before checkout for your review.

The place was a mess; the room was dirty; the furniture was old, falling apart and a it showed; the TV was crap; the shower curtain rod was falling out of the wall and the curtains wouldn't close! NOT WORTH THE $$$!
