This hotel is a nice and clean option for a travel agency 3-star. I've stayed in other hotels that probably shouldn't have been rated 3, but were. If you are looking for a 3-star in the area, definitely consider Fairfield Inn.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. The room was very nice and clean. There was a microwave and fridge in the room. Pool/hot tub area was clean, I noticed they cleaned and mopped every morning. Within walking distance to a Target, and also a movie theater. It was a little tricky to get to. If your taking I 25 south, when you get off the interstate you have to quickly cross 3 lanes to get into the left turn lane within 1 block. Traffic wasn't too bad so it wasn't difficult to get across to the turn lane. Noise was never an issue. I will stay here again next time I'm in Colorado Springs, I would strongly recommend this hotel to everyone!
