I booked one night at the hotel and requested an early check-in. I had a 5 and 1/2 hour drive the next day. This was the day before Easter 22 March 2008. I did not get my early check-in and could not check-in before 3 pm at the earliest. I was then annoyed most of the night by the heating/cooling unit that came on continuously throughout the night only to stay on for 30 seconds and go off again. It only stopped when I turned the temp setting down below 65. Needless to say we Froze. I was then awakened at 730 AM on Easter Morning by construction down the hall, sawing, drilling banging and very loud talking and laughing. I went to the door to see what the noise was. I grabbed the handle and it came off in my hand. It took me more than a minute just to get the door open. I then called the front desk and spoke with the Manager on Duty. I told her what was going on and her reply was, "well what do you want ME to do about it Sir?" She then went on to say that she did not even know they were in the hotel! They must have come through A side door! How do you not know who (non-guest) is in YOUR hotel as the manager??? - Very nasty and rude. Housekeeping however was very pleasant and polite.

I travel between florida and conn several times a year and I have to say this place is great. It's very clean has a nice workout room and indoor pool all of which is clean. I would definitelty reccomend this hotel to anyone traving on the 95 corridor. Also if you like a nice breakfast you won't be disappointed here.

This is an excellent hotel to stay at! I was very impressed! Very clean, friendly, great breakfast, and convenient to the highway, restaurants, and things to do. I would definately stay here again, and recommend it to anybody, no matter what reason you're traveling, business, vacation, getaway, just a rest stop, any reason. Very well priced too! Stay here!
