  First time to stay at this hotel, previously stayed at Drury at this same exit. The Drury backs right up to the interstate, this one doesn't and you could not hear the traffic. The beds were good with extra pillows provided on the bed. Newspaper provided in the morning. The coffee in room only makes one cup at a time with no extra coffee refills provided in room. Internet connection fast and trouble free. Only negative was the breakfast provided. The breakfast room is small and it was full with no seating. They appeared to be rationing the amount of food they were putting out, as soon as it was put out it was gone. Folks were sitting around waiting for the next round of muffins, milk, etc to show up. Other than the breakfast, would recommend this hotel.

  The front desk personnel were not helpful and seemed more worried about taking smoke breaks and phone calls than helping guests. we are late sleepers and got our room cleaned ...

  The front desk personnel were not helpful and seemed more worried about taking smoke breaks and phone calls than helping guests. We are late sleepers and got our room cleaned only 2 out of 5 days despite contacting the front desk.

  Went to use the toilet & it appeared to have been used. Desked asked when I would be leaving so they could clean it. No apology/we're sorry. Discounted room 1/2 price. Toilet didn't flush properly
