02/16/2009I checked in friday night @ 8 pm, the customer service rep was not aware of aol travel reservation in which made my check in time more then 30 mins long. ...
I checked in friday night @ 8 pm, the customer service rep was not aware of aol travel reservation in which made my check in time more then 30 mins long. The customer service rep insisted on making a copy of my paper work in which i bought a copy just in case this situation came up like this. Other then that, rooms were pretty decent not enough bathing soap or even comfortable sheets. I would not recommend this hotel at all, in addition at check out time the rep asked again about the reservation payment which made me even more upset.

I checked in friday night @ 8 pm, the customer service rep was not aware of aol travel reservation in which made my check in time more then 30 mins long. My partner and I stayed here initially for one night but we ended up extending our stay two more nights. Hotel is warm and friendly. I like the fact that there is a secure door that only hotel guests and employees can enter with key cards. Staff is friendly, rooms are clean and spacious. You don't feel trapped in a box. Great shower! Beds are really comfortable. Free breakfast is awesome as they have fruit,cereal, waffles,bagels, jucies, coffee, etc. Plenty to choose from. We are staying here again.
