Came here for my HS reunion which was in this hotel. No elevator. Noisy, especially A/C. No breakfast except for coffee and muffins. Hard to find even with GPS. Rooms are small. No microwave or fridge. Best thing is HD flat screen LG TV. If they are having a business meeting during the week, forget customer service for those not attending the meeting. Restaurant closed then. Would not stay here again.

This hotel was selected for the amenities included with the room. Although I am a SPG member, I was not given a SPG room. The swimming pool was very cold, the television remote control did not work, and neither did the internet. The television reception was very poor, with static on the screen. The room was marginally clean, but had discolored pillowcases. We could not get anyone to answer at the front desk when we called several times. We had to physically walk there to request a crib and list the issues. They did apologize for the swimming pool heater being down, and after 3 tries found a remote control that would work with the television. The high speed internet was never fixed, instead we were told WE had to call their technical services number. Fortunately we found an online service that offered 1 day for free, which worked since we were only staying one night. Overall, I regret paying extra for a ""nice"" hotel, when I did not get anything nicer than I would have at the going rate.

Great location, but wouldn't choose to stay here again. No elevator. We had to carry our luggage to the 2nd floor!!! Had a room that was overlooking the indoor pool which was extremely noisy. Went down for coffee in the morning which was in the hotel lobby. Waited at least 20 minutes and no refil every came. Muffins were the mini ones and for the size of the hotel only placing a dozen at a time was a joke. Lots of people waiting around. Worth walking down the hill to Dunkin Donuts! Staff wasn't overly friendly. Really hard to believe it was a Sheraton.

Having reserved a nonsmoking room, we were annoyed that it smelled of smoke and had cigarette burns on the carpet. The Front Desk supplied an air cleaner machine but it really did not solve the problem. Because we were there only one night, I did not request another room. Otherwise, I would have. If you like a soft mattress, this is the place. And the bathroom should have been spotless. It was not. The complimentary breakfast was a pleasant affair and a nice way to start the day. The location on a hilltop is very nice.

It was even better than my first. They have done so many upgrades since my last time there. The rooms were clean and fresh and above all the employees there are so friendly and welcoming. I would rather stay here than any 5 star stuffy hotel anyday because of the people there. I look forward to my next visit
