We totally enjoyed our weekend stay here. The hotel is in excellent condition. Our suite was very comfortable with a kitchenette, bathroom with two separate doors and a nice bedroom with a bed to die for. It was a Serta Perfect Sleeper Hilton Suite Dreams with five real down pillows. Talk about comfort. The livingroom had a couch and a chair with ottoman. Their hot buffet breakfast was superb. Housekeeping even put our few dishes into the dishwasher for us. They had a nice indoor pool, which we didn't use this trip, but we saw a number of people enjoying it over the weekend. The only drawback, if there was one, would be the fact that they are located on a road that has a divider and in order to get back to the hotel if you go out is to drive a good ways, get turned around and then come back to it.

My friends and I were going up to salem for the weekend in October for halloween, The directions from the hotel don't tell you that the roads in MA are stupid, and that even though you're on the road the hotel is on you still have to get onto another highway to loop around and get to the other side of the road, it took us about an hr to finally get someone to help us and tell us that that's how you get to the other side of the street, it was ridiculous! We got to the hotel, our room was booked with 2 dbl beds and when we got up to it there was only 1 king, we called down to the front desk and the girl at the front desk wasn't very friendly and basically told us that it's not her fault if travelocity overbooked the hotel. On a high note though after the issues getting to the hotel we didn't want to go out for dinner but there are a bunch of places in the area that deliver to your room including bertucci's. The lobby was nice, clean and decorated for the holiday, the pool seemed nice, but there was no hot tub so that kind of disappointed us. we came down for the free breakfast almost towards the end of it so there wasn't much left, but what was there was good. The girl when i checked out wasn't very pleasant. Overall the hotel was nice and i have no issues with it but wouldn't stay there again b/c of the roads and the issues finding it as well as the girls attitude about the king vs. double beds.
