  I was totally disappointed by my stay at this Hilton. We arrived one hour early and weren't even offered a place to wait in the lobby. The staff was extremely rude (with the exception of one man, who did his best to accomodate us). The web service offered through the TV cost a lot and I wasn't able to access any of the sites I wanted to visit. The staff member I talked to resolve that issue was also extremely rude. The pillows and bed were substandard even for a Motel 6...much less "The Hilton". It was a very mediocre room. Terrible service....for all that money, stay at a cheaper place for two nights and enjoy yourself more!

  Staff was unprofessional. when ordering food, the waiter made mention that he was leaving in 30 minutes, therfore i felt rushed. there was trash left outside of rooms for days, ...

  Staff was unprofessional. When ordering food, The waiter made mention that he was leaving in 30 minutes, therfore I felt rushed. There was Trash left outside of rooms for days, to include meal trays and diningware. Garbage along the stairway leading to the business room. I arrived at 12pm and was told I had to wait until 3pm or after to get a room. Very misleading, I had to do quite a bit of traveling to enjoy the sites....This hotel is not downown.Food is over priced with no quality, I stayed 4 nights and ate here twice, and that was upon my arrival and later that evening. NOT RECOMMENDED THAT YOU STAY HERE!

  STAYED 2 NIGHTS, ONE WITH SPOUSE AND ONE WITH DAUGHTERS AND GRANDDAUGHTER EVERYTHING WAS GREAT HAD COURTYARD ROOM WITH ACCESS TO OUTSIDE GREAT FOR THE LITTLE ONE. STAFF WERE VERY HELPFUL. GOOD LOCATION. NICE DECOR

  I booked a king room for a romantic stay using Hilton's website. They let you preorder things like chocolate dipped strawberries. I thought it would be a nice surprise. Upon arrival, we were given a room with 2 double beds. After getting that fixed, I was told that this location doesn't offer 6 strawberries for $10.00, but I could get 8 and a bottle of wine for $70.00. It was a bait and switch that put a bad taste in my mouth for this location. The MOD did little to improve my mood, and only after speaking with corporate CS was anything offered but an apology.
