When I initially got to the hotel, the staff greated me with a nice cookie. I got to the hotel before check in time and they scrambled to make sure my room was ready ASAP, which I really appreciated. They even gave my son an extra cookie, which he really appreciated. The room was clean with no issues, and I would definitely stay there again.

I stayed at this hotel with my family last weekend, and I was very impressed with the friendliness of the staff. The manager himself came to ask me if there were any problems at checkout. I was particularly impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms. I would definitely stay here again when I go to Cleveland.

This hotel used to be a Hilton. But they stuck the Doubletree name on it and charged higher prices. Granted, the classic Doubletree beds are always wonderful. But the rest of the facilties left something to be deserved. The gym was tiny, the building a little run down. Dining was average -- their salmon was the only thing we got regularly. Didn't expect much from the area, but for a Doubletree, hoped for a bit more.
