The hotel was very clean and the rooms were quite pleasant. I was mostly impressed by the front desk staff. They were very friendly and helpful when we needed suggestions on places to eat and taxi/shuttle services. The only thing I do suggest is that they improve their breakfast buffet. There was not much to choose from for $14.95 per person. They also got very busy in the bar and restaurant on Saturday evening and they were not properly staffed. We waited a very long time to order and receive our check. The food was very good...try the calamari. I will definitely stay at this hotel next time I am in the Columbia, MD. area.

We were put inro a handicap room so the bathroom and other amenities were not appropriate for our use (our family is tall). We contacted the front desk about this but due to a Red Sox game no other rooms were available.
The bed linens left alot to be desired: stained duvet cover and yellowed sheets. It was a good thing I noticed that as I was leaving becasue I certaily would have been disgusted had I noticed it earlier.
The air/fan in the room was not easily adjustable and I do not know if that was function of the system or the hotel has caps on temp controls.
The bright side was the food in the restaurant was good and the service was strong. Still, I'm not sure if I would stay here again... -

I planned this trip for a Red Sox Weekend through online travel website. I was greeted by a desk person that was obviosly stressed out and didn't want to be there. I had booked 2 rooms for check in at 3pm. One room was ready but had to wait till 4:30 to check into second room. Tried eating a couple times in the hotel restaurant, Morgans Grille. The place was severely understaffed, waited along time for food,and the buffet the next morning was again understaffed.and no cook available for omlets or waffles ect.not worth the * dollar bill i got for two for a buffet. I hope the management of this hotel knows how much of an inconvience this understaffed facility has caused our weekend plans. wont stay there again and looking for compensation

The hotel was excellent, from the time we got there to when we left. The employees from the desk to the bar were great. The room was just great, the only inprovement would have been if there was a fridge in the room. The next day we decided to stay in Maryland and stayed at a different Hilton in a different city because of how great that Hilton was.
