This is my fifth stay at this hotel. Staff are always super friendly. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Easy access to hotel from freeway, but no freeway noise at the hotel. Hotel restaurant is good, and there are also lots of nearby places to eat as well as a mall. Would definitely stay again.

We were there with our two kids and a group of people. The staff were fantastic. We arrrived at 10pm and they organised our rooms quickly and gave us our cookies . We saw that there was an event on and I asked them to make sure our room was away from any noise. He said he had already done this. He was right - there was no noise. On the Saturday night there were a few events going on but the hotel staff and the kitchen staff were great and we never noticed any difference. The swimming pool and hot tub are great and you can have drinks and appetizers brought to you. The waitress was great, even though, there were lots of us asking for things at the same time. On the Sat and Sun am the courtesy bus took us to and from our sporting tournament and never charged us any money. On the Sunday we had a late check out and ended up being even later than we originally thought. This was no drama to the front desk staff and they exteneded our stay in the room in order that we could have a shower before our flight. The food in the bar was very nice and a varied menu. The rooms are basic hotel standard and clean. I would def recommend this hotel if you are looking for a place to stay near Long Beach airport. Compliments to all staff members.

We were there with our two kids and a group of people. The staff were fantastic. We arrrived at 10pm and they organized our rooms quickly and gave us our cookies . We were running late on check-in, so I called and a gentleman by the name of Tyrone said he will hold our room. when I got there he remembered our conversation and the other employees were very nice, as if they already new me. I had a wonderful stay, the hotel was very clean. They had dining, and entertainment but we didn't do either but they had a lot of guest for both.
