  the good was the breakfast and the staff was friendly . the bad the room was noisy, the bathroom tub needed cleaning, when you run water in tub it was brown, bed was hard and walls thin, could hear people in other rooms . rates high for what you get. a suite with no fridge or microwave. and the air in room wouldnot cool . so please dont waste your money and time here was there last weekend

  Once we arrived at the hotel the lobby was very noisey. The distance from the check-in desk to the area where the band was playing was too close and it was very difficult to hear anyone. The sleeping area was very clean and comfortable. There was some mold lining the tub area. Better care of this problem would have made the experience better.

  My husband and I wanted a quick getaway for our anniversary, going here was a great choice. A very romantic setting. Everything was great from the check in to check out. Great shopping was just a walk away. The only bad thing I would say is there was hair on the bathroom floor when we got to our room and that is(in my opinion) disgusting. Overall , wonderful experience.

  ENJOYED THE ENTIRE STAY AT THIS HOTEL- ROOM WAS A LITTLE SMALL FOR MY TASTE BUT SERVICE WAS GREAT- MET A TON OF NEW PEOPLE IN THE LOBBY. CANT WAIT TO VISIT AGAIN

  I loved this Hotel. I especially loved the very comfortable beds and pillows. Very convenient to shopping and water park. The ONLY problem we had was that the hot tub was SO HOT we couldn't get in it. Other than that, LOVED THIS HOTEL!!
