  Upon entering the room there were stains on the carpet, to the point of being crusty. The overall room was dingy and old, the toilet rocked upon sitting down. The bed was hard as a rock.

  This was the worst hotel experience i've ever had, and i rarely complain. there were body fluid stains & marks on the blanket, the bathroom popcorn ceiling was falling off ...

  This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had, and I rarely complain. There were body fluid stains & marks on the blanket, the bathroom popcorn ceiling was falling off with exposed wiring in the lighting fixture, the tub was FILTHY, and we could see 1/2 inch of daylight when the outer door was closed. The security latch on the outer door was loose (we could screw it in with our fingers), and the door frame was not securely attached to the wall. After asking for help in at least cleaning and sanitizing the tub, no one from the staff came. We cancelled our second night and went elsewhere.

  The staff were super. They were very helpful, responsive, and complied with any request. The rooms were adequate and I loved having a microwave and refrigerator in the room. The office staff were very friendly and helpful.

  The staff was extremely accomodating during my recent 3 night stay. Wireless wasn't working because I was too far away from the router, so they found another room for me that was closer with no trouble. Current construction creates some accessibility problems, but it's not that big of a deal.
