The room was very well decorated, bed comfortable and bathroom clean and well maintained. The pool area was relaxing and clean. There were many restaurants in the area and the help were very gracious. We had a good experience.

The hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. Very courteous upon check in/out. My husband accidentally left his favorite tempurpedic pillow behind in the hotel room. We called the hotel a day later and they cheerfully confirmed they had the pillow and would mail it to us at no cost. This is extraordinary customer service and I would like to thank the staff for their efforts.

This hotel is very clean. About 10 minutes away (by car) from downtown Newport. We stayed there for three nights over Memorial Day Weekend. The hotel was quiet at night and the beds comfortable. The rooms are on the small side, but well equipped with a microwave and a small fridge. We're definitely coming back. It also has a room safe which is very convenient.

My husband and I stayed threre for 1 night for a romantic getaway. The hotel is very clean. We have stayed several times before. The hotel has upgraded all their sheets and bed covers. They did a fantastic job. The staff are very friendily and eager to please. The pool, jacuzzi and sauna are great. Clean and heated. For the price, you could not ask for more. We have stayed at many 3 and 4 star properties that are equal or less than this HOJO. Had a great time, will return again soon.
