  It is only a few minutes away from The Villages.

  When you stay somewhere at these rates, you should expect dated furnishings, minimal amenities and reduced services. You should not have to sacrifice cleanliness however. My room was dirty and had a bad odor. The carpet was not vacuumed during my five night stay nor was the bathroom sink, toilet or tub touched. Clean towels and linen was the extent of the housekeeping. There were ants in the room and a really fast bug of some kind in the drawer of the nightstand. Not a pleasant stay."
