  The first room we were given was non-smoking but reeked of cigarette smoke. In the second room the towels were dirty and stained and smelled of cleaning of cleaning fluid. As a dog owner I travel with towels in the back of my pick-up to clean the dogs dirty feet. The manager of the hotel removed two of my towels while I was out walking my dogs. He declared they were his and refused to discuss it with me. I'm sure towels disappear from hotels all the time but the least he could have done was confronted me and asked rather than remove them from his own accord from my vehicle. Furthermore when confronted he refused to come out or discuss it with me yet admitted he did it. As if this were not bad enough, evacuees were checking into this hotel due to Hurricane Fay because it is a FEMA hotel. We overheard the manager complaining about the FEMA guests. Sunday morning no breakfast was provided despite this being included in the price of the hotel. As a full paying hotel guest this is unacceptable. Based on my experience I'll never stay there again.

  we stayed here one night on our way to Florida. Our king non smoking room was clean and neat. It included a micro and small refrig, plus a desk and small couch. There is high speed intenet service. The breakfast service is basic, nothing fancy. The pool area was clean, and was an area for children. The hotel also had a basketball net. Next door is a Meixican resturant and a Captain D's. Good value for the money. I would stay here again.
