Worst hotel ever

Upon arrival they had the wrong room at the wrong price reserved for me. Even after presenting my emailed reservation confirmation the desk clerk argued with me. I did get the correct room but at an elevated price! The room itself wasnt the cleanest. The sink in the bathroom was cloged, no one was sent to fix it and when my husband went up to the front desk to check on the situation, he was given a plunger! The toilet constantly ran and again no maintenance! On the 2nd night of our stay, when we arrived in our room there had been no housekeeping, the beds were not made, the trash still full and no clean towels. I called the front desk for towels so that we could shower in the morning and we were given 3 towels for 4 people...I guess we were expected to share! Then at 3:00 am the phone rang and woke us all up it turned out to be a wake up call that we never requested. In the morning, We checked out early, none of us could stand to be in this dump one more day! If your planning a trip to Cambridge area I would suggest you stay anywhere but here. I am not a picky person but this place was rediculous!

We thought that it would be a nice hotel to stay at by viewing the pictures and reading about their features. But when we got there it was totally not what we were expecting. The rooms were very smelly extreme sweat odor; and dirty. Morning breakfast only included hard boiled eggs and toast!

I was coming back from florida after a business trip and wanted a place to stay while i was near Salisbury. I called this hotel and they were really helping me out as almost every hotel were booked due to the wrestling tournament. The gave me the best rate the had available. The person working at the front was really polite and helpful. The room was clean and had great facilities on property. Their Indian restaurant serves great indian food. Overall, I would recommend other people to stay at americas best value inn.

08/27/2008Motel is older and not at all fancy, could use some sprucing up. if you like indian food, the attached resturante has the best i have had.

Horrible dont stay here
08/09/2008Whent to o.c for the weekend. stayed here for 2 hours and left the room smelt bad a/c barely worked beds didnt have fitted sheets and smelt like ...
Whent to O.C for the weekend. Stayed here for 2 hours and left the room smelt bad a/c barely worked beds didnt have fitted sheets and smelt like throw up. Unsanitary bathrooms. left for the brand new hampton in down the road much bette the Staff at this hotel was mostly kids??? couldnt fine an adult type person to help us. i wouldnt never stay here again yes its cheap but you get what you pay for would recomend it at all pay a little more for a goos well known hotel
