  Booked 9 rooms for myself and co-workers. The carpeting was filthy, the lighting was dim, and the public areas were warm. When I entered my room it was still unmade from the guest the previous day. Because they were booked full they offered me a smoking room but I couldn't take that so they came and made up my original room. The carpeting was filthy, the bathroom walls were dirty, the floor molding was falling away from the wall. and all the furniture was chipped or broken. To top it all off my hair dryer didn't work. I spent the following day appoligizing to my co-workers for putting us all in such a yucky spot. Never again! Baymont should take their name off the building.

  It was okay. The air conditioner was a little noisy. The bathroom was clean and functional except there was no toilet paper holder. The toilet paper sat on the counter. Not a good arrangement. The continental breakfast was pretty good. Overall, an okay stay. This hotel would not be our first choice, but if we had to, we would stay again.

  they were remodeling the front lobby when i arrived quite noisy but they were making very nice upgrade to breakfast bar ,my biggest complaint with my stay was the over all friendliness of the staff i booked my package it was pre paid with a credit card everytime i went to use the phone had too contact front desk and was asked same question did you pay with cash or credit just very annoying like the really did not trust you even though they had my credit card number

  This was by far the best hotel experience I have ever had. The building was extremely clean and classy, the service was impeccable and the breakfast buffet was the best I've ever had. A great hotel for a good price! I will definitely stay there again!"

  This was by far the best hotel experience I have ever had. The building was extremely clean and classy, the service was impeccable and the breakfast buffet was the best I've ever had. A great hotel for a good price! I will definitely stay there again!
