We booked a regular room for our stay, but when we arrived, they told us that due to some other travelers staying over, our room wasn't ready. They upgraded us at no cost to a bedroom/suite with a kitchen and living room included. The staff was absolutely perfect--everything that a hotel staff should be. They were extremely helpful and very friendly. I would definitely stay there again.

After staying in another area facility recently with disappointly results, The Hampton Inn was a very satisfying alternative. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff is congenial and anxious to assist. I will definetly return on my next business trip to Franklin.
