  Though the room might have been a bit smaller than I expected, it helped provide that cozy feel you only can get in New England. Entering the lobby you are greeted by a fireplace, complimentary breakfast, and one of the most courteous staffs you could imagine. An excellent stay.

  My wife and I stayed at this hotel while skiing @Jay and Stowe. The room was immaculate and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. I can't say anything bad about our stay. The breakfasts were great as well. Stay here and you will not be disappointed.

  For a moderately priced hotel, this place had the most luxurious linens. The service was also outstanding -- everyone was pleasant and eager to help, and they know how much a little thing (like saying hello on the elevator!) can mean. I accidentally left a book in our room while checking out, and they called to say it's on the way to us now. We are impressed!
