  All that you should expect from a Hampton. The hotel was very clean and convenient to Bryson City, so if you are taking your children to the Polar Express, this is a very nice place to be staying. The check in was dreadful. Desk clerk told us there was no handicap accessible room on the first floor. Since there is no elevator, we could not understand that. Manager corrected it the second day and credited us our stay, so we were not quite so upset. Don't stay for the breakfast, it is not good. Stay for the awesome beds and the cleanliness. wonderful if other things left something to be desired.

  We stayed here Thanksgiving 2007. We got a great rate, an average of $55/night. The motel was very clean and modern. Staff was great! Great location for Cherokee, Maggie Valley, Gatlinburg, Blue Ridge Parkway, etc. Free breakfast was good. It was very good on the weekdays, less on the weekend mornings. ""Hot"" part is heating things in the microwave. Only thing I didn't like was trying to get the free shuttle to Harrah's Casino. I waited two hours and it never came. This is a great motel for the price. Would definately stay here again.

  I would recommend this hotel for those who want to be a little bit outside of the congested area. For us, it was perfect. The bed was devine; big and fluffy. Curiously this 2-story hotel has no elevator so if you stay on the 2nd floor you will have to haul your suitcases up a narrow staircase. Their hot breakfast was also a bit curious: prepackaged eggs and pancakes that you heat in the microwave like you would popcorn. Pancakes did not taste fresh. On the whole, we'd stay here again if just to sleep in that amazing bed.
