  Friendly staff. Clean room/bathroom and hot water. Nice breakfast. Hot, scrambled eggs available and toaster along with the usual cold-breakfast spread (fruit, yogurt, cereal, muffins, etc.). Dog friendly. Good location between the attractions of Charleston, Mt. Pleasant, and beaches on the Mt. Pleasant side of Charleston.

  The staff were extremely friendly and mde us feel that they are glad that we were there. Breakfast was very good - hotel was clean. Nightly cookies, cake and lemonade at the front desk was a nice touch. Staff were eager to please us.

  The motel was wonderful for us. We had pets with us and the room was so convenient to the ""potty"" area. Rooms were comfortable and very clean. Breakfast fare was great with variety daily. Employees were pleasant. Convenient to downtown Charleston and the aircraft carrier. Would have ben nice to have an indoor pool since it was cold and rainy duringi our stay.

  the room was ready early which was a plus. The front desk staff were friendly and nice. Ware cookies were available and we were invited to help ourselves. The staff seemed glad to have you there and wante to please you. The room was clean and it gave us comfort to find out that every room is inspected before new arrivals.
  
  When we arrived they had our reservation, no problems. Everything was in order.

  This hotel is very close to local attractions; only minutes to downtown Charleston. Quiet location on a side street. Very close to the Ravenel Bridge and Patriots Point. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Everyone on staff was always smiling and greeted us warmly. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The only downside is the lack of cold water- but that is a citywide problem, not just this hotel.
