  We arrived for the Show Me Games as a youth basketball team. We booked on a group RSVP months in advance yet we did not have a block of rooms and were located on 3 separate floors. A big disappointment. 2 families of 5 ended up with 1 king and a pull out. The hotel could not accommodate the several large team groups that were staying. But the rooms were clean, the breakfast was hot and the pool was fun. The desk even had board games to borrow. They did discount the rates to make up for their error, but it was really not about the money. The front desk at check in said it was just the way the AM staff assigned the rooms and it was too full already to accommodate our team. They were not that helpful or understanding of our frustration at the room assignment.

  Very loud. People outside our room window drinking and very loud at midnight. Halls very dirty, bad bed, overall a very bad experience. I spoke to the front desk about satisfaction and they offered nothing in return. Will not return.

  This was the nicest hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff was friendly and the hotel was very clean. Breakfast was great and well stocked. The bed was fantastic. The halls even smelled good. I would definately stay there again.
