  This hotel is very nice and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The proximity of the hotel is close to everything in downtown Charleston. We loved the complimentary internet and the comfortable bed.

  This property is well located near the city center and mall. Very friendly staff! The hotel is under renovation which affects the lobby, the exterior and public areas near the rooms making our stay a bit dustier and noisier than expected. Despite that.....the staff was able to host a very good breakfast and our room was dust free. I hope the "facelift" will extend to the furnishings in the room which will make this hotel an excellent spot once the work is done.

  This hotel is 350 steps from the civic center and 400 steps from the mall (i counted.) the staff was very helpful and friendly. they also have a free shuttle ...

  This hotel is 350 steps from the Civic center and 400 steps from the mall (I counted.) The staff was very helpful and friendly. They also have a free shuttle to the mall & area restaurants if you don't want to walk. Negative: I couldn't get my bath water hot enough to suit me.

  The staff were polite and everything was clean and in good repair. the proximity of the hotel to everything of importance was a hugh plus.

  All was great except the pool! it was full of hair and particles. it was very very gross! i looked forward to swimming for the first time with our baby ...

  All was great EXCEPT the pool! It was full of hair and particles. It was very very gross! I looked forward to swimming for the first time with our baby in it but it is serioulsy dirty, YYYYYuck! And Im not too picky of a person but this was just nasty!
